Memorial of Jo Kelley

Hello, my name is Richard Jobe and I am Jo Kelley's brother. I am opening this gofundme to collect donations for Jo's Memorial Service that we are planning to have in Austin, TX so that more friends and family can join in and remember Rebecca and I's sister. I am asking for whatever you can give as I understand how expensive life has become.
