My name is Debora and my family and I are completely beat and broken at the sudden passing of our brother Eduardo.
On March 4th we received a call saying that my brother was hospitalized and being taken into surgery, that we needed to get there quick as they did not know what the outcome would be. Upon arrival at the hospital we found out that he was found outside late night march 3rd by a neighbor who called 911. He was suffering a heart attack but was still coherent (how ever we were not called at this time.) The heart attack was so severe that caused major blood clots which ended up getting into his bloodstream, breaking down into his legs and abdomen which resulted in having alot of his bowels removed. He was placed on blood thinners, to try and break up the blood clots however, he also had kidney failure which he then needed to be placed on dialysis to get his blood cleaned and circulating. all of his other organs, started to shut down and he ended up requiring a CAT scan because they were worried about hypoxia and Brain bleeds. Because of the dialysis he was then taken off the blood thinners which caused more strokes and brain bleeds. He was then placed on the highest levels of life support possible. We were also notified that he required more surgery to have more of his bowels removed which, at this time they told us that there was nothing else that they could do for him, and we needed to say our goodbyes. My brothers body is now sitting at the morgue until we can give him a proper funeral.
Due to everything happening so suddenly, we were not prepared for this, and therefore cannot afford the funeral costs for him. He leaves behind 2 daughters one who will now be raised by my mother. All funds raised will go towards funeral costs and benefit his daughters. We will also like to take the time thank everyone for your donations and prayers.
