Our beloved Linda Marie Fowler unexpectedly passed away on January 7th, 2022 at 2:14pm from complications of rheumatoid arthritis and pneumonia at 70 years old. After numerous unsuccessful medication prescriptions, inhalers, and doctor visits, she was put on a ventilator for a week. Ultimately, no improvements in her health lead our family to the difficult decision to disconnect the ventilator and allow her to pass peacefully, surrounded by her two children and husband. Anyone who knew her immediately felt her love, care and joy. She was so special to all of us, and her never ending capacity to give is something that defined her. As her first born granddaughter, I am beyond grateful for the years I spent with her, learning about her life, lessons, advice, and struggles. It is because of her that our family is so close, holds so many special traditions in our hearts, and memories that will be with us forever. Fifty of her years were spent with our Papa Ernie, building their life and love together, laying down the foundation for children, grandchildren, and eventually great-grandchildren. She will be deeply missed by everyone that had the pleasure of knowing and loving her.
