Memorial & Medical Expenses for Jeff F. Silva

It is with heavy heart that we want to let you know of the ultimately and truly heartbreaking passing of one of our dearest family members Jeffrey Francisco Silva. Yesterday afternoon, we had to say our final good byes to an amazing person. He was surrounded by family in his final moments, that saddened me to watch. All this came so unexpectedly, the horrible virus (Covid-19) not only hit Jeff, but the entire household. He was rushed to the hospital in mid December of 2020. He was there alone, not only during Christmas, bringing in the New Year, and most recent his last birthday here on earth. His family was unable to visit as they too were all fighting COVID-19 themselves. His wife (my sister) tested every day that she could awaiting a negative result in order to be by his side. The day that she finally tested negative, was the very day he had a cardiac arrest and was called in all to be told that Jeff was not looking good. These two were inseparable, and shared one true amazing love and bond.

Aside from her trying to make sense of all that was going on, the medical bills were already flooding in her mailbox daily. We are all extremely devastated by Jeff’s loss, and were not prepared for the high cost of a funeral service. We want to give Jeff the memorial he deserves, to honor, Jeff, and say our last goodbyes.

I am currently asking for donations to help cover the cost of his funeral.  Any amount of donation will be greatly appreciated. To say he will be missed is an understatement. Jeff truly loved life, and everyone that was in his. He was a great brother, father, uncle, grand dad, and husband to his wife. Our prayers are with his friends and family right now. As we know of plans for a memorial service for Jeff, we will pass it along.
