In January 2021, our friend’s mum was unexpectedly hospitalised after falling critically ill. She put up an incredible fight throughout the 6 weeks she spent in the Intensive Care Unit but unfortunately lost her battle on Tuesday 2nd March 2021 aged 58 years old.

Due to the sudden and heartbreaking loss of Janice Murphy, we are raising money to support the funds for Janice’s funeral to help relieve Janices only child, Stephen of the financial pressure to enable him to grieve for his mum. Neither family or friends were expecting this so we have decided to set a target of £5000 which would oversee basic living expenses as well as funeral costs in order to ease the burden in anyway we can at this difficult time for our friend.

Janice was an exceptional, kind, and caring lady and everyone who knew Janice believes she deserves a send off as beautiful as she was. Although we have set a target of £5000, we understand the financial pressure this year has brought to many people and therefore, any donation big or small will go a long way in these difficult times.
