Memorial funds for James Ryall

Former Eugene Police SGT James Ryall passed away this weekend. He is survived by his wife, Cynthia Ryall, and his two children Rachel and Chris. He leaves behind grandchildren who were his pride and joy. He was so loved by his family and community. Please donate what you can, as the unexpected passing has caught the family off guard emotionally as well as financially with the funeral cost and medical bills.
