Memorial Fundraiser for Jakeb Oldring

My name is Raven; I am Jake's older sister. I am writing this in disbelief that my baby brother has passed away at 38 years old. Many of you reading this right now probably are having the same reaction. Jake was known to many as a quiet guy, but those who genuinely knew Jake knew what kind of man he was. A man that never showed judgment on anyone, accepted people as they were, a man of adventure, joy, and fun. Jake was an old soul, l" a hippie at heart," loving music, art, nature, dogs, and everything in between. He was the kindest man I knew. He was my little brother and will forever be my best friend. Jake has left his family to take care of his funeral expenses. If you would like to donate, we would appreciate that, and donations will go to funeral expenses. His family has chosen to have Jake cremated, and we would like to provide a headstone where his ashes will be laid to rest. We are also trying to piece together a memorial ceremony. Please, with respect for Jakes's daughters and family, leave no negative comments. We would love to hear a story you may want to share about your friendship with Jake.

Rest in Peace, my baby brother, and spread your wings in heaven; your art and your soul will only make heaven more beautiful than it already is. You are no longer fighting your demons and are pain-free. I hope they have a killer BMX track and all the V.W busses you can imagine.
