It is with a heavy heart, that we let you know that Oscar Frayer and his sister Andrea Moore-Frayer passed away on March 23, 2021 in a tragic accident.

Many of you have reached out and asked how you can help during this time. Please know that your kindness is appreciated as we navigate this heartbreaking tragedy. We ask, if you are able, to donate funds to help support the family with funeral service costs and the family's final wishes.

Andrea, 28, was a mother of 4 children (all under age 9). Oscar, 23, was a stand-out basketball player at Moreau Catholic High School (Hayward, Ca) and Grand Canyon University (Phoenix, Az).
