In lieu of flowers, assistance is requested for the unexpected expenses and memorial services for this sudden and untimely passing of Joe Vichareli.
Joe was 58 years old, was born on December 30, 1962, and earned his wings July 7, 2021.
Joe Vichareli passed away at University Hospital in San Antonio, Texas on Wednesday July 7, 2021. He had a long, 20-year successful career with SWB/ATT, worked several years for QVC, and more recently had established a successful jewelry and coin business (Alamo City Silver Jewelry and Coins). He was a happy, energetic individual who enjoyed life and working with people. He loved what he did for a living and considered his customers friends. He will always be remembered for his jolly, spirited personality and will be greatly missed.
Son, brother, father, and husband, Joe was surrounded by loved ones, right up until the moment of his passing. He received anointing and last rites by Father Eric Ritter from St. Luke Catholic Church.
Joe is preceded by his parents, Felicidad and Jose Vichareli, his brother David Vichareli, and father-in-law Gerald Key. He is survived by his loving wife, best friend, and soulmate Jennifer Key, son Joey Vichareli, sisters Diana Rupe (Dan), Janie Purk (Karl), and Cynthia Vichareli Castellano (David), his mother-in-law Mary E Key, sister-in-law Stephanie Key, brother-in-law C Scott Key (Amber), as well a niece, nephews, grand nephews, grand nieces, and his beloved fur babies.
At his request, Joe was not kept on life support for an extended period of time. Joe will be cremated. His rosary and mass will be held at St. Luke Catholic Church at 4603 Manitou Dr, San Antonio, TX 78228, date and time are still pending. A private burial and memorial services will follow at a later time.
