Dearest Family & Friends,

Our sincerest apologies for the delay in announcement. We are still reeling from this heart ache... trying to be there for my brother John's immediate family. - Joann M. & Cindy Mendoza Perez

With broken hearts, we share devastating news. Many have heard and some still have not. The Mendoza family suffered a a great loss this past week. My brother Johnny Mendoza, AKA "John, John-John" and my sister in law Hope, were hospitalized. John was doing really well when he had a sudden medical emergency. Valiant efforts were made to save him. But it proved to be too much and sadly, he passed away Friday, September 24th. We are so very shocked, heartbroken, and devastated... Hope is still hospitalized fighting to get well.

Our John, was married the love of his life, Hope. They have seven children on Earth and two in Heaven, and 16 grandkids who love their grandpa like crazy! John worked very hard to take care of his wife and closely knitted family. Family meant the world to him. With all the emotional pain and stress of their hospitalization and their dad's sudden passing, they are faced with financial burdens and much uncertainty. After much advice & encouragement, we've created this gofundme to try to raise money for Hope and the kids with any costs that will incur and to help wherever needed.
