Memorial Fund for Vincent Baran

Nova Nation...A Call To Action:

We request your support for Ben and Lindsay Baran (both Class of 2002) in a time of great tragedy. On Saturday, November 7th, they suffered immeasurable heartbreak with the loss of their youngest son Vincent (7)  in a tragic accident.

For those who may not have known Ben and Lindsay from their Villanova days, they were and still remain deeply committed to their faith, each other, and their community. To put it quite simply, they exemplified the virtues we all aspire to, our school motto: "Veritas, Unitas, Caritas” or truth, unity, and love. There is no doubt they raised Vincent with the same values and principles that guided them through Villanova.

As classmates and friends of Ben and Lindsay from the Villanova family, we ask that you consider making a donation in memory of Vincent. Our goal is to provide the family with funds to use as they see fit to honor Vincent and help them carry the load through this difficult time.

While some of us only know Vincent through social media or the much anticipated Baran Family Christmas Newsletter -- there is no doubt that this world lost a shining star when Vincent went to Heaven.  He was a boy who was certain to grow to be a man of faith, character, commitment, and passion like his parents. A boy our Villanova family should honor and remember.

V/ for Villanova....V/ for Vincent.

Thank you for your consideration,

Members of the Villanova Naval ROTC Class of 2002
