My name is Angel and I am Troy's sister. I got the devastating news that my brother Troy passed away yesterday. I am still trying to process what happened and our hearts are aching that we could not save him from this outcome. Myself and the rest of Troy's family would like to give him a proper service with dignity and love. Our hope is to have his remains sent back to MN to be buried with my mom.
