Nothing can ever prepare a parent or family members for the loss of one of their own. And when it happens suddenly, and completely unexpected it compounds the magnitude of impact to the family.

Last night, Christmas night, the Lowry family was faced with the sudden and unexpected passing of our son and brother Tim Goodner Jr. Lowry.

Tim had undergone a routine back surgery where he developed Guillan-Barre Syndrome which left him paralyzed for the most part.

Tim had a blood clot in his lung that caused a major heart attack and although they did everything they could Tim took that final ride to be with our Lord and Savior on Christmas night.

Our family is devastated beyond words and as one can imagine we are equally unprepared to cover medical bills, funeral expenses and memorial services.

We know we are surrounded by family and friends who love and support Tim and our entire family and that is why It is difficult to ask more of our community.
