On November 18, 2021, Tiara Whitney passed away. She is survived by her 16 and 18 year old sons.

 

Many of you may not know that Tiara struggled with years of addiction and mental health issues. When sober she was a force to be reckoned with and full of love, support and light. The tight grip of addiction, however, had its claws in her and she could not break free. Her addiction is what took her life. Tiara wanted to live and love with every ounce of her being but addiction is the beast that robbed the world of such a loving, compassionate soul.

 

Tiara loved her boys more than anything and in the only way she knew how. Despite the pain of watching their mother suffer so greatly for years, the boys have thrived in both school and sports. Anyone that has had the pleasure of meeting them knows they deserve the very best.

 

Friends and family have asked how they can express their condolences and offer support, especially for the boys. For this reason, Tiara’s family has set up this memorial fund that will ensure the boys continue to live to their fullest potential. Please share this with anyone who you feel would like to contribute, in lieu of flowers, in memory of Tiara.
