James F. Hardy, Sr. passed away suddenly on the morning of Tuesday, October 29th. He was a beloved father, to his three children, grandfather to his two grand daughters and a brother and an uncle.
He worked with the San Francisco Recreation and Parks in the aquatics department starting as a Locker Room Attendant and working to being a full time Lifeguard and Swimming Instructor. Also worked with Oakland Recreation and Parks as a Lifeguard. He had taught and coached many children over the years. He was a family man who cared about the communities he was a part of.
James was a great friend, coworker, uncle, brother and cousin to all. While we are all coping with this sudden loss, I am asking for your help by contributing towards the cost of the funeral and memorial services for the Hardy family.
Nothing can replace James, but I am hoping with this effort will relieve some of the family's stress and bring an element and comfort to support the Hardy family during this heartbreaking time of deep loss.
