Jacee had big dreams for a woman who only stood 5 foot and ½ inch. She planned to take her children cross country this coming Summer so that they could see history with their own eyes. She had dreams of fixing up her father’s home, where she and her children resided. She planned to be here.
On November 14th, in early hours of the morning, everything changed.
Our dear friend, Jacee Morganelli’s life was cut short in a moment so quick it will forever be etched into the lives of her many family and friends. It was on this morning that Jacee, on her way to work at the day care center, drifted onto the shoulder of the right-hand lane, before jerking into a U-turn that would place her right into the path of oncoming traffic. Despite being properly and fully restrained in her seat belt, Jacee succumbed to her injuries at the scene. She was 34 years old. Her children, Jorren(6) and Josee(5), were thankfully at school and not in the car with her when she was tragically taken from us. But now they are left behind with a grieving father, grandmother, and grandfather, and without a mother to comfort them.
Jacee was a woman who met her struggles head on. Her father had recently had a quadruple bypass and was caring for him during his recovery. She was always working on some car, some project, and getting her hands dirty just to make things better, leaving so many projects unfinished.
Now, we are trying to finish them for her, as well as provide an easier time for the two young children she always worried about should anything happen to her.

So, we are reaching out for any help in making this possible. With any death comes uncertainty, and we are hoping to help wipe that away from the grieving family and offer them a little support in the hard times still yet to come. We have set a modest goal to start and anything will help to ease the burden of her loss.
Not a moment passes that we don’t think of you, Jacee. We miss you, we love you, and we’ll try to fill the so very big shoes you left behind.
