Donation in Honor of Tegegne Haile
Donation protected

Dear Egouale Family Members,
As we near the 40th day since Uncle Tegegne Hailu's tragic passing, the Eguoale family wants to pay tribute to the generous spirit and giving personality Tegegne showed each one of us. Whether it was his kindness to patrons of his store in Atlanta, to any family member in need, or to celebrate momentous life occasions with family and friends, Uncle Tegegne embodied what it means to see the humanity in people and help whomever you come across in life. He, like his family, was a truly a giving person.
Above is a picture of the current living conditions in huts for the Kolo students in Bahirdar. There is a school house currently being built for the purpose of serving the Kolo students (ranging from 350-500). This donation effort will help to serve as an investment in their bright futures ahead. We know how much Tegegne valued education and his deep connection and generosity for the homeland country of Ethiopia. We figured this would be a small way to pay tribute to the life he emulated for others around him.
Feel free to donate/contribute whatever you are able to at this time in honor of Tegegne Hailu. The donation will go directly to infrastructure costs, utilities. Completing the 3 school houses will be meaningful for the incoming students and lasting learning center for decades to come.
