Our beloved, Samuel (Sammy) Swartz passed away on March 15, 2022 from complications due to medical issues. Sam leaves behind his wife, Carolyn of 33 years and his three children, Weston, Carson and daughter, Taylor. In lieu of flowers, this Go Fund Me page is being established to help his family with medical costs incurred due to his illness, memorial service and to assist his family with ongoing household expenses.
