Memorial Fund for Rich "Desi" Desmond

On January 3, 2019, the world lost a great man. Rich "Desi" Desmond passed away suddenly,
Desi was the Founding member and Drum Major of the Camden County Emerald Society Pipes & Drums. He is a legend in the pipe band world, and was known all over the United States. His passing leaves a huge hole in our Brotherhood, and one that cannot be filled.
Rich was passionate about honoring those emergency service workers and military personnel killed in the Line of Duty. He was always the first to drop everything to be there for their families.
Desi was also a major supporter of Special Olympics and ran many fundraisers to raise money for the organization, as well as donating his time to cook and serve food at the annual New Jersey games.
Now, it is our turn to help his family, just as he would have done for anyone who needed it.
All donations will be given to his wife, Debi, and daughters Kat, Colleen and Michele, to be used to help defray funeral costs, as well as to help them regain some stability in the coming months.
