Memorial Fund for our father Luis Correa Sr.

Dear Family and Friends,

With a heavy heart, we announce the unexpected passing of our father, Luis Correa Sr., on Tuesday, September 19 around 1:30 a.m. in Bridgman, Michigan. Months before his death, he suffered a mild stroke and his health was on the decline. Sadly, the inevitable happened. As many know, funeral arrangements can be a tedious and dreadful process. Here is when we need your help to raise all the necessary funds to bring our father from Michigan to Orlando, Florida. Your contributions will make this possible and feasible for our family.

I know God will carry us through each step. We hold onto the promise of Resurrection Day when we will be reunited with our loved ones again. My heart goes out to each of you who have experienced what we are currently experiencing. A friend sent me this promise: “Blessed are those who mourn, for they will be comforted.” Matthew 5:4

We will give you updates on funeral services when the time comes. In the meantime, we will be accepting notes and cards sent to the following address: 532 Sabal Lake Dr. Apt 208, Longwood, FL 32779, until we have a set date for floral arrangements and so forth.

Queridos familiares y amigos,

Con gran tristeza, anunciamos el inesperado fallecimiento de nuestro padre, Luis Correa Sr., el martes 19 de septiembre alrededor de la 1:30 a.m. en Bridgman, Michigan. Meses antes de su muerte sufrió un leve derrame cerebral y su salud iba decayendo. Lamentablemente, sucedió lo inevitable. Como muchos saben, los arreglos funebres pueden ser un proceso tedioso y dificil. Es aquí cuando necesitamos su ayuda para recaudar todos los fondos necesarios para traer a nuestro padre de Michigan a Orlando, Florida. Sus contribuciones harán que esto sea posible y factible para nuestra familia.

Sé que Dios nos guiará en cada paso. Nos aferramos a la promesa del Día de la Resurrección, cuando nos reuniremos nuevamente con nuestros seres queridos.
