As you may have heard, we lost our friend, confidante, musician, and all-around character, Mark Sousa, on Tuesday, February 3rd

This page has been set up to raise $5,000 in funds toward the following expenses such a sudden loss inevitably brings:

* For his friend and roommate of two years to make rent and/or to cover moving expenses

* To help his family with funeral arrangements

Any funds collected over and above the stated goal will be donated to a charity for disabled people in music and/or other artistic endeavors. This charity is TBA and suggestions are welcome at this time.

Also, toward the cause, many personal items from Mark’s multi-decade music career are being made available for purchase via this page, including band shirts (his own music projects and many others), CDs, clothing he wore during performances, and other assorted collectibles and memorabilia.

Pictures of the items will be posted here periodically in the coming days and weeks, so please check in early and often. Each piece will be sold on a first-come/first serve basis and all offers will be considered. Items will also be shipped out-of-state and out of the country with added shipping costs; please wait for a quote before making payment.

A memorial is in the works for Saturday, February 14th at Milk Bar in Denver, CO, at which many of these items will be on display. Information on this event will be posted here, Facebook and on the Milk Bar wesbite as soon as plans are finalized.
