We lost a truly great man and a wonderful husband and father Hector Mejia. Hector was strong, talented and tough in a construction world that can be difficult. What made Hector special was despite all this he was still humble, kind to everyone, and always willing to help others. His signature smile brought a sense of happiness to everyone around him.

Hector’s sudden passing meant that there were no preparations made ahead of time. We are asking for donations to cover the costs associated with his service and burial. We also want to allow his wife, four daughters and son to grieve their loss without worrying about everyday expenses. Much of his family is traveling all the way from Honduras. I know Hector would lend anyone of you a hand in a heartbeat; I just ask that you please help as you are able for his wonderful grieving family.
