On Friday February 28th while making funeral arrangements with family for her brother David, my mom Stacey DeSpain received the most earth shattering & gut wrenching news. Her husband and soul mate of 5 years Frank Despain had tragically and unexpectedly passed away. Our family is completely grief stricken and broken at this unexpected loss of the sweetest soul any one could know. My mom and Frank were currently trying their hardest to get out of debt and were unfortunately living pay check to pay check. There is no life insurance, no retirement, nothing. As we scramble to try to find the means and resources to help us lay him to rest my mom is having to start over. Frank was retired California Highway Patrol and a Navy Veteran. He paid for everything since my mom is on disability Frank is the only one who worked. He paid all of their bills out of his bank account. My mom is literally destitute. I cannot in all honesty put into words what this feels like. All I know is now we need to come together as much as possible for my sweet mom. She is so selfless and has the biggest heart. These two would have literally given their last penny to someone in need. Now we need some help in return. Please, Please give anything you can spare. Nothing and I mean Nothing is to small and Please Pray, pray hard for my mom, pray hard for our family. We lost a huge part of us.
