Francois Tovar was 60 years old when he passed away last weekend, very abruptly after having tested positive for COVID-19 less than a week prior. He leaves behind his wife, Marie, and three children, Ashley, Dorothy, and Kevin. Francois was a devoted father, beloved husband, and loving brother.
Francois was a true family man. He worked hard for many years to ensure that his family had a good life and for his kids to have great educations. He dedicated his life to others and was exposed to COVID-19 through his work, where he cared for disabled adults and helped them to lead full lives.
