Felicia Rafael, my daughter, passed away on Saturday December 26th just one day after Christmas and only three days before her birthday.   Her passing has left us all devastated. 

Many people have reached out to me and expressed their desire to help Colin and Miranda      during this very difficult time so I created this fundraiser to receive monetary gifts that will be used for their education.   All donations will be used solely for that purpose.
