Memorial Fund for Evan Smith

On June 18, 2022, Evan Smith passed away unexpectedly at only 17 years

old. He was a sweet, intelligent, and utterly brilliant young man. He loves his

family, hanging out with his friends, rock music, and playing the guitar. But

most of all, he loved his parents, Darren and Kathleen, and adored his younger sister, Averie. On June 20, 2022, further tragedy befell the Smith family.

Evan's dog, Bowser, suddenly became very ill. After an emergency visit to the

veterinarian, Bowser was diagnosed with late-stage cancer requiring the

Smiths to make the difficult decision to allow Bowser to join Evan's side.

Although Bowser's passing provided the Smiths with some comfort in knowing

that Evan's emotional support buddy would be by his side, it has been a very

difficult Father's Day weekend.

Many have inquired about what they can do to assist the Smith family.

family get through this unimaginable tragedy.
