Dear friends and family, after a long hard fought battle, Eddie succumbed to his numerous health issues. He leaves behind a beautiful family who are mourning the loss of their father. Although we miss him terribly we are relieved he is no longer in pain and reunited with his brother in heaven.

Soila and his children are in the process of setting up funeral arrangements for him and as you can imagine the cost are tremendous. We are asking for your support at this time to help cover these costs and relieve some of this burden from the family. Although Eddie would not want all the fuss, we would like to provide him with the services he deserves.

Eddie truly lived life to the fullest, he was always the life of the party and everyone loved him. His tireless dedication to his family were unmatched by anyone I know. He was a proud member of the Teamsters and worked hard to provide for his family.

Despite his health, pain and against the advice of his doctors he recently came out of retirement and coached his daughter’s softball team. When the girls and parents from his previous teams found out he was coming back to coach they all reached out to him begging him to transfer them to his team. Under his guidance and coaching, his team, The Lady Stompers won their way all the way to a championship! This is just one example of the dedication he had and the love other people had for him.

Another thing that he was extremely proud of was that he baptized recently. It meant a lot to him to do that and we were all very proud of him. Soila and the kids now know that they all have an angel to watch over them.
