Diana Berenice Tellez died tragically on April 25, 2025. Diana struggled with addiction since she was 16 years old. She was in and out of rehabs trying to clean up. She was sweet and a beautiful girl. Unfortunately, she could not escape the jaws of addiction, and it finally took her life. She was only 31 years old. She leaves her 12-year-old son behind.

Our family is devastated. As we are grieving, our family is struggling with finances and trying to pay the bill of funeral home costs, end-of-life cost.

We are asking for help so we may honor Dianas life with a small memorial where we can give her a dignified final goodbye.
