Devin Carter is the loving son of Rhonda Jackson. Due to complications from Type 1 Diabetes, Rhonda and her loving family have lost a son, grandson, father, brother, nephew, cousin and friend. To honor Devin and assist the family with support toward Devin's four children's education as well as the immediate support needed in the wake of the loss of a young man so early, we are inviting Rhonda's many friends and fans to contribute to this fund in lieu of flowers.
