Dr. Derek Gearhart is survived by his wife and 3 young children, Brayden, Bryce and Isabella. In lieu of flowers, the family appreciates donations toward the children's future education and extracurricular pursuits.

Physical fitness, sports and music were Derek's way of channeling extra energy and learning team building communication, stress relief and self-esteem skills.
