Memorial Fund for Danuta Perkowska
Tax deductible
It is with deep sorrow and pain that we share news of the death of our beloved mother and grandmother, Danuta Perkowska. She passed away on Saturday, September 28th, at the age of 72, following a two-year battle with stage IV cancer. She fought hard until the very end, and was surrounded by her family at the time of her passing. We will miss her dearly.
In lieu of flowers, we ask that family and friends consider donating to Calvary Hospital, a non-profit organization dedicated to providing palliative and hospice care to adult patients with advanced cancer and other life-limiting illnesses.
Palliative care is an indispensable support tool for people who suffer serious illnesses. During her final days, our grandma received immense support from her palliative care team, and this helped us cope as a family. It is our hope that with your donation, other patients can obtain the same care and support that our beloved grandma did.
