On November 14th 2021 Cody lost his battle with depression and mental illness, leaving behind his girlfriend of 12 years and his two children Brooklyn (11) and Raelyn (6).

Cody was born January 20th 1992. He loved watching the Green Bay Packers; he never missed a game. His daughters were his favorite football watching partners. He was very hard worker and very active father. He really enjoyed his job working construction. He will be missed dearly.

All proceeds will go to Angie and their children to help with the expenses throughout life.
