Memorial Fund for Chris Barone
Donation protected
Chris Barone, a faithful servant of Christ Jesus, beloved husband, father, grandfather and friend that stuck closer than a brother, made his transition into Glory to be with the Father and his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on the morning of December 11, 2022. His life was a testimony of God's faithfulness and love to His sheep. If anyone knew Chris, they knew that he genuinely loved and dedicated his life to Christ in service to others. His brotherly affection for others permeated the lives of many, which are too many to count! Throughout the years his intentionality for all people showed itself in many forms through acts of service and especially his desire for blessing others with his food. His love for hospitality and food mingled together in order to comfort, love, encourage, and uplift those whom he loved and who needed it most. Chris also had an encouraging word for anyone and everyone that he met and made huge efforts to let individuals know the vast depths of the love of Christ for them, leaving them filled with hope and joy.
During Chris's battle with cancer, he faced trials and triumphs as he placed his faith solely in the work of Christ Jesus for him. Though he faced many uncertainties, he was confident of one thing.. That was that he would soon meet his Savior in Glory because of the saving faith he possessed. He made sure to constantly minister and put others before himself even amidst pain and discomfort, always desiring that everyone would know Christ Jesus intimately. Even though his time here on earth has come to an end , we grieve...but we grieve in hope because he stands in Heaven in eternity, face to face with Jesus, no longer suffering but victorious, sinless and pain free because of the perfect work of Jesus Christ!
On behalf of the life of Chris Barone, we would like to open up a gofundme in order to cover the costs of the memorial and funeral services. We are raising these funds in hopes to share the burden of the cost together . Thank you to everyone who has reached out and provided your love, support and prayers during this bittersweet time. We appreciate everything.
