Memorial fund for Chelsie Oatney

My name is Julie Plegge. My husband, Brent Plegge, and I are raising money for our nieces funeral/memorial fund! She unexpected passed away Saturday September 10 at her home. Unfortunately she did not have life insurance. The last thing her parents need to be worrying about is how to pay to lay their daughter to rest!
