Memorial Fund for Chastyn

The proceeds of this gofundme will be given to the family of Chastyn Pascua who sadly died on the day of her 31st birthday, last 15th of July 2023.

Chastyn is a Filipina nurse who arrived in Oxford back in 2019. She came to the UK very optimistic, filled with hopes and dreams. Hopes of being able to provide her family a comfortable life as a breadwinner, and dream of personal and professional growth as a brilliant nurse.

Unfortunately, Chastyn and her partner Kareem died in an awful road traffic accident on their way home after a what-should-be a happy celebration of her birthday. Very young with a promising future, the tragic incident took her supposed life leaving her loved ones in shock and in deep sorrow, most especially her family who depends on her.

Chastyn is remembered for her passionate personality touching the hearts of many. She achieved her dream and became an NHS nurse in one of the hospitals in Oxford. She is a hardworking and dedicated deputy sister who always does her best at work providing quality care to her patients and supporting her colleagues.

In the last 4 years that we have known her, she was very honest, selfless, loyal, and one-of-a-kind. Her presence and natural wit brought joy, burst laughters, and warmth to those around her. She was not only a good friend and a reliable leader, but also a good-loving sister and a daughter.

This gofundme is dedicated to Chastyn’s family to support them during this difficult time of their life. We cannot imagine the pain that they are going through right now. With this donation, we hope to help her family relieved some of their worries financially.
