Memorial fund for Austin McEntyre

Hello, my name is Lisa McEntyre, Austin’s mother, and I would appreciate any donations to help my family cover memorial and associated expenses. I appreciate anything even if it's just holding us in your thoughts and prayers.

My 15 year old son, Austin McEntyre, tragically passed away on November 6th, 2022 after taking his own life in response to bullying from his peers.

He was a fun, amazing son and younger brother to his two sisters. He had his Georgia learners permit and was a member of the high school football team, the middle school track team, and the elementary robotics team. He even received a scholarship through the REACH Georgia program.

We are devastated by his passing and want to raise awareness how detrimental bullying can be. Bullying is just one of many factors that can lead to teen suicide and teen suicide is the 3rd leading cause of death in 15 to 24 year olds.
