Memorial Fund for Ashley Marie Santiago

Ashley Marie Santiago was taken from us by a drunk driver on Highway 25 in Hollister on Sunday, June 9.

Ashley was only 24 years old.  She leaves behind her parents, Ken & Michelle Santiago of Hollister and a brother, Joshua Santiago, and his fiancé, Reina, of Salt Lake City.

Ashley worked at Emergency Vehicle Specialists in Hollister as a full time personal assistant/office worker. After her full time job, she would give her time as a cheerleading coach at Fusion Elite All Stars in Hollister - she had been there in several capacities for 7 years.  During this time, she impacted the lives of hundreds of central California youth.

Ashley will be remembered for her heart of gold, her love of cheerleading, Disney, art and kids.  She always put everyone ahead of herself, and did everything in her power to make everyone else comfortable and happy.

We have been asked by family, cheer family, friends, neighbors and the national cheerleading community to create a way to help.  This is it.  Her family is now faced with planning a funeral that they never anticipated, and will need financial help.  Ashley was known for helping others regardless of the cost.  Let's use that same spirit to help her family out during this time of extreme heartbreak.

We love you, Ashley!
