Memorial for Walter Hyde

Hi, I’m a close friend of Walter & his family and want to help them deal with the financial burden of his abrupt passing, he certainly would have to “Irish goodbye” us all. He was an epic Dad, Grandpa, Son, Brother, Uncle, Chef, Pit Master, Comedian, Friend & Neighbor to all who had the pleasure of being graced by his presence. He became one of my best friends very quickly & easily, he was always around to help and support, feed us all, make us laugh and his kind & generous heart will be forever missed in Cleveland, Slavic Village (the neighborhood where he operated Daisy's Ice Cream & was literally known and loved by all) and literally the entire universe. He was an absolute legend & will be missed immeasurably in the food community. Please help us pay for his funeral, memorial & any hospital bills. He would have given anyone the shirt off his back & I know his family could use a little kindness & support in this absolutely heart breaking time. “You know what I mean, Vern”
