On the 18th of March we will be having a memorial for our beloved father, grandfather, husband and friend -Tom Cook. He passed away the morning of December 22, 2016.

We are asking for donations to help pay for death expenses.  Any extra money will go towards the countless medical expenses the Cook family had during Tom's courageous 10 year battle with illness.
