Memorial for Suzanne Hammond

I am organizing this to help the family of Suzanne Hammond. She was a single mother who passed away unexpectedly leaving behind 3 young beautiful children and 2 grandchildren. Suzanne was an amazing young mother, grandmother, friend, daughter, sister, etc. She loved her kids more than life itself.  She was the light of their lives , their everything. Please help me help them during this devastating time.
