Memorial for Sharita Cristwell – Support for Her Daughters
Donation protected
It is with shattered hearts that we share the tragic and senseless loss of Sharita D. Cristwell, born June 6, 1996, who was taken from us far too soon on July 5, 2025. Sharita was shot twice and killed instantly by the father of her children, Harry Lindsey, in a devastating act of domestic violence.
Sharita was more than a victim — she was a loving mother, a devoted daughter, a cherished sister, a funny, loyal friend, and an amazing aunt. Her warmth, strength, and smile lit up every room. She leaves behind her two beautiful daughters, Harmony Lindsey and Layla Lindsey, who will now have to grow up without their mother’s love, care, and guidance.
This loss was unexpected, heartbreaking, and traumatic for everyone who knew and loved her. We are asking for your help to raise funds for Sharita's memorial services, and to support Harmony and Layla’s future needs, including counseling, education, and stable caregiving.
Domestic Violence Awareness
This tragedy is a stark reminder that domestic violence is real and deadly. According to the National Coalition Against Domestic Violence, 1 in 4 women in the U.S. experience severe intimate partner violence in their lifetime.

No amount is too small. Every contribution helps provide a little more security to the daughters Sharita loved with all her heart. Even if you can’t give, sharing this fundraiser can save lives by spreading awareness.
