Memorial for Sean Freeman in Hunters Creek

Hello friends and loved ones of Sean ❤️

Most of us know how special Hunters is to Sean and our friends, and we thought a good way to celebrate and remember him would be to have a memorial plaque installed in the park. I've been given permission from the Erie County Parks Department and it will likely be located somewhere near the Centerline entrance. I will post updates with pictures and directions to the exact location here on GoFundMe as well as on my socials so everyone can find it once it's been installed. My goal is to have it in by Sean's birthday (May 22nd) and we can have a celebration for him in the park. Please reach out if this is something you're interested in attending, details will come later.

In the chance we have met or surpassed the goal by the time you find this and you still want to contribute, I recommend you make a donation to the Mental Health Advocates of WNY in Sean's name or save your money for the next time you see someone in need. Any amount raised beyond the goal will be put aside for maintenance and/or any unforeseen installation costs, but I don't think that will be necessary.
