Memorial for Roger Ward loved by all

Hi there everyone ,i would like to say thank you for all of the floral tributes you put up at the shop. what a honour it was meeting a lot of you xmas week hearing all of the stories of how you new my father , boy did some of you have stories to tell over the 5/10 /20/ to 60 years he had been cutting your hairs for.
The out pouring on social media is out of this world for a such a humble man who loved his job but most of all loved you his 2nd family his friends (customers) he worked for the love of it ..... it wasn't a job 2 him .
His shop (no his front room) was more of a community hub everybody pretty much new everyone on the days they popped in to see Rog , (next good looking one ) oh its you he'd say oh well ........always the joker .So the banter starts between the two of you , your his world in that chair chatting oh hows the wife she better now or asking about other members or your self .....or if you were into fishing how you got on where you'd been .
Many of you on hearing Rogers passing couldn't and haven't come to terms with it ,it cant be true , bolt out of the blue , shocked , no way , i saw him yesterday ....
We would like to thank you all for the most fantastic and heart warming send off you gave Roger outside his his shop on his final journey(any one would have thought he was a celebrity )....no just a humble man.
A lot of people have asked to donate towards a Memorial for Roger and we as a family think that's its only rite as you as a community have something to remember him by.
It has been mentioned a memorial Bench in front of the blue metal sculpture facing his shop (rear of lidl) as a memorial .
Also a memorial fishing trophy in his name" Rogers Ward " biggest fish lbs or most fish lbs for a local fishing club.
Any money left from this memorial fund will go to BRITISH HEART FOUNDATION.
