Dear Residents,

As you know Ranjan our concierge officer for Oaklands Rise passed away very suddenly on Friday afternoon on March 03rd after suffering a heart attack.

He was here on day 1 when we started at Oaklands Rise before any residents moved in and played a key role in the success of getting us to where we are now. He was a key member of the team and this leaves a hole that will be very difficult to fill.

We are raising money to organise the installation of a park bench on Green street along with a plaque in his name so his presence can never be forgotten and his contributions remembered.

Of course, you can donate any amount you feel comfortable with but something around £5 will be welcomed.

If we exceed our designated target then we will let Ranjan’s family decide what to do with any excess.
