This GofundMe account is to help raise money for a memorial service in honor of sweet little Phillip Campbell.
As many of you may know on Sunday during the intense rains a car driving through Rainbow attempted to drive through a flooded area and unfortunately did not succeed. The driver was an older man who had a 5 year old boy, Phillip Campbell, in the back seat. He got himself and the boy out of the car but while doing so they were both swept away into the deep waters. He was able to get the attention of a near by resident by screaming for help but by the time first responders arrived they were only able to locate the deceased mans body and an overturned vehicle. Rescue crews have spent the last 4 days searching for the little boy and today they found him.
