Michael Victor Brown died suddenly while hiking to a cabin in Colorado during a vacation to visit his older brother, Nathan. The two were together when he slipped and fell, suffering blunt trauma to his head. His family and all who knew him will be grieving the most horrible loss imaginable. He was thirty-seven years old and will be remembered for his strength, intelligence, taste in art, and wonderfully clever sense of humor. His presence was commanding and always welcomed. He will never be forgotten among the many lives  he touched and for the accomplishments that marked his journey through a life shortened by tragedy. He loved animals and nature. His photography revealed an eye for beauty, light, and color that told much about his love for creation. His family is devastated by the loss of its most unique member.
