Recently, the Telluride community experienced the unexpected loss of one of our most beloved community members, Melissa Margetts, who for decades gave unconditionally to the welfare of our sick and injured wildlife. She also provided countless educational programs for children in our area and beyond.
Due to the untimely nature of her death, there are not enough resources to host a proper memorial celebration of her incredible life. We are asking for donations to help us fund this memorial.  Any excess funds will go towards the establishment of a permanent memorial to Lissa.
