Memorial for Liann Cyr

My name is Michelle Cyr and I’m trying to raise enough money for my Mothers Memorial Service and to help take care of some of her upcoming medical bills.

On August 18th 2021, my Momma tested positive for COVID-19. As did my father and my son (I was already positive, and I had given it to them) Mom got sick but she wasn’t doing too bad. And then it got bad, 3 days later my Mom ended up in the ER via ambulance and then was airlifted to a larger hospital to be admitted into the ICU.

My Mom spent 27 days in the ICU on life support while we prayed for a miracle. Sadly, that miracle never came. Moms organs had suffered severe irreparable damage from the Covid Virus, and the doctors determined that she would not recover.

On September 17, 2021 surrounded by her loving family we removed her from life support and let her pass peacefully so she would no longer suffer or be in pain.

Our family has never been one to ask for help but now more than ever do we need it. My dad is the main source of income for our family. He has been out of work for 7 weeks now (illness and then my mother passing), and we are struggling financially. My mother did not have a life insurance policy as she was only 57. We never thought that this would happen.

We are asking for your help so that we may be able to give her a proper memorial.
