The sudden passing of Joe Chin has left the family with a very heavy heart. On November 24 Joe suffered a accident resulting in a fatal head injury. He was rushed to the hospital where everything was done to save him but on November 25th his heart stopped. An army vet, a beloved father , brother, husband, grandfather and great grandfather.
