Memorial for Jazmine Hernandez
On August 30th our mother Jazmine Hernandez passed away after her year long battle due to covid, last August she was admitted in the hospital and was finally able to come home to her family on February of 2021. These last 6 months we have spent with my mother have been the best of my life, we spent time as a family and made so many memories we will hold onto forever.
My mother was known for how caring she was, she would always be there for advice, even if it wasn’t the advice you wanted to hear but would always be there to listen when anyone needed her. Jazmine loved her family dinners and Sunday gatherings, her red lipstick, dancing, gardening. What she loved most was the vacations with her husband where they would get up and go and see where it takes them, her most fond memories are their drives down south to Memphis, New Orleans and Pensacola.
Jazmine is survived by her loving husband Daniel, her children Candie, Daniel Jr, Gabriela, Jesse and her grand children Issiac, Mariah, Isaiah, Rico, Jenna, Isabella, Daniel, Scarlett, Guliana, Mariela, Santiago whom she loved with all of her heart. She is reunited with both of her parents whom passed away last year due to covid.
Should friends and family most wholeheartedly desire, contributions may be sent here to this fundraiser to help with funeral expenses.
God Bless Our Family
